Please review a list of our requirements below:
- A complete application is required for all applicants over the age of 18.
- Applicants must have good credit.
- Credit Reports must be clear of collection items as well as recent or current rental history in good standing.
- Late payments or bounced payments may negatively impact your application status.
- Cosigners will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Cosigner must have a combined income 2 1/2x the rental amount.
- We will NOT accept applicants with previous evictions, past due amounts with prior landlord/property management/etc.
Required Documents:
- Copy of Photo ID or government issued photo ID
- 3 most recent paystubs
- Photo copy of social security card
- If receiving benefits – a copy of the awarded benefits letter must be supplied with your application
- $40 application fee
Processing Time:
- Please allow 3-5 days for application processing
- Applications will not be processed without payment.
- All applications must be completed in their entirety
- Missing information on applications will cause delays in processing or potential denial
Pet Policy:
- Pet policy is determined by the property owner
- If a property accepts dogs, there may be a limit to weight, breed, etc., depending on the property owner’s insurance policy.
- If breed is not acceptable to the insurance policy held by the property owner, then the pet will not be accepted.
- Pet deposit is listed in the information section of the listings for available properties.
- Pet deposit must be paid in full on or before your move-in date.
